Overview
About the project
RalliX is a web app built for high school pickleball clubs. It handles the schedule, the roster, the group texts and league night, so coaches can coach and parents always know where to be.
Computer CoPilot designed and built RalliX as an invitation-only platform with distinct roles for club admins, coaches, players and parents — and with the safeguards a youth program needs designed in from the start.
The challenge
What needed to change
High school clubs run on group texts, shared calendars and spreadsheets. Players miss changes, parents don't know where to be, and coaches spend their time answering logistics questions.
Youth programs also carry responsibilities adult apps ignore — parental consent, safe adult-to-minor messaging and a record of what staff send.
The solution
What we built
RalliX brings the whole club into one web app. Coaches publish practices, matches and tournaments; players and parents RSVP in a tap and get automatic reminders.
Team chats, announcements and email or text blasts follow club-set safety rules, and league nights run in the app with court assignments, phone-based score entry and standings that update themselves.
How it connects
From first click to finished job
How the pieces we built work together day to day.
- Step 1
Coach invites the club
Players and parents join by email or text invitation — there's no open sign-up.
- Step 2
Schedule goes out
Practices, matches and tournaments are published with RSVPs and automatic reminders.
- Step 3
League night runs itself
Round-robins assign courts and players enter scores on their phones.
- Step 4
Everyone stays in the loop
Standings update automatically and announcements reach players and parents.
